Lots of Sheep

A fun quilt finish for this Friday!
The tutorial for making this rick-rac baby quilt can be found at Twin Fibers -- it's really fun and easy!  I quilted this with some straight lines, and some wavy lines to echo the rick-rac.  I would have added more wavy lines, but the weight of this quilt (with minky on the back), didn't agree with my sewing machine and pulled a lot!  Luckily, adding in some straight line quilting helped quite a bit!

This is such a snuggly quilt -- and I just love those sheep!

  1. The color scheme do this quilt is so bright and cheery and the blue background really compliments the front. I have just a teeny bit of that black sheep fabric and now I'd love to get some of that apple print!
