Works in Progress, 4/11/12

This past week has been fun!
First, I finished up the girls' Easter Capes, 
just in time for the egg hunt.

 I made another Swoon block (below),
to go with the first one I made last fall.
I'm planning to make 2 more,
to make this into a wall hanging for my sewing room.

New York Beauty quilt, (block 4)
ready for quilting!
The front of my Zig Zag tote needs quilting, too!
It's time to dig out my walking foot and get going!

  1. Busy week for you there! Those capes look fab anyway :o) As for the zig zags, I had 4 of those to do last night - my shoulders were up round my ears after it all!

  12. I love that yellow in that NYB block!!! Nice choices for that zig zag tote too! The quilting wasn't that bad. I did mark it with a chalk pencil and echoed that.
