Briar Rose

I finally cut into my stash of Briar Rose by Heather Ross!


 It's so nice to see quilt blocks instead of stacks of fabrics (although I think even after making this quilt I'll have lots of fabric left)!

 The tutorial for this block is from SewCraftyJess -- it's called the Starburst Cross.

    Beautiful bright fabric and you're turning it into pretty stars. I'm interested to see how this one develops.

    Really nice colour combinations here. Really like the pink one's centre star fabric.
